Question: What is included in the rent? Answer: Washer and dryer, security system, Clubhouse with Great Room, 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour business center, basic/standard package cable, refuse collection, snow removal, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and landscaping. Question: What utilities am I responsible for? Answer: Our residents are responsible for their own utilities, which include: Fairport Electric, RG&E gas, and a monthly water and sewer charge. We are happy to provide you with monthly estimates. Question: How long is the lease term? Answer: Our lease term is one year, however, if you sign a lease between the months of November and February, the term will be 16 months. We require 60 days notice to vacate. Question: Is a garage included with my apartment? Answer: Garages are an additional $100 per month. We also have storage units for an additional $50 per month. Question: How much is the security deposit? Answer: Equal to one-month rent. Question: What is your pet policy? Are there any additional fees? Answer: We allow cats only, a maximum of 2. There is a non-refundable $295 pet fee and $25 additional rent per month, per cat.
